Good choice for regions without a roaming agreement

I visited the Channel Islands Jersey which unfortunately has no mobile phone roaming agreements with my provider in Germany. The travSIM had the offer to close this gap. Problem-free activation of the SIM card - perfect, I can highly recommend it.

Channel Islands Prepaid travel SIM Card

This is the first time I have ever purchased a SIM Card from outside the country where I was traveling. It was, BY FAR, the best experience I've ever had. There was no searching the airport/shops for a card. No need to find the time to install/activate the card. The card was sent to my home prior to my trip and I had a phone number before I departed. The card, as promised, was activated on the date I requested and I immediately had service when I arrived. The card, and even the purchase of an unlocked phone, pays for itself by saving on the enormous roaming charges when using a dedicated carrier phone. I will most certainly use this service for future travel.
