This is my third purchase in travSIM and the last time I had problem with the eSIM activation due to not able to see the QR Code in the email. I open an issue trough web support to get help and the response was very quick and in few interaction I get the QR Code image to install the eSIM.

Super service

Bought two regular sims and an esim for Canada. Within three working days I had the regular sims at home (In the Netherlands) . Activating the sims is super simple, but read the instructions carefully. I had a problem with one of the sims, but they responded super quickly, via WhatsApp. Instant answer and immediate help. A small disadvantage: it was not possible to keep track of the data usage, but a message to customer service concerning data usage on WhatsApp works fine. Great purchase, beyond expectations.

Alles hat gut funktioniert

Ganz kurze Probleme mit Aktivierung, aber nicht der Rede wert. Ab und zu in der Wildnis kein Empfang, aber in Deutschland hat man noch nicht mal in der U-bahn hier vernünftigen Empfang. Daher volle Punktzahl.
